Eden Advanced Pest Technologies is sponsoring Downtown Emergency Service Center’s (DESC) Mitten and Glove Drive for the month of October and we would love your help!
DESC is one of the largest non-profit organizations dedicated to serving disabled and vulnerable homeless adults in the Pacific Northwest. They serve over 6,500 people annually and provide emergency shelter, survival services, clinical programs and supportive housing.
Last December, with the help of Eden employees and customers, we were able to donate 100 Holiday gift bags as well as a large amount of non-perishable food items. This year we have chosen to donate mittens and gloves to fulfill DESC October Wish List, just in time for the cold days of the winter season.
We are beginning, in August, to collect new or slightly used mittens and gloves from co-workers, friends, family and customers.
Whether you are a current customer or a visitor to our blog, here's how to participate:
Call or email our office to schedule a good pick-up time for you: 800.900.5258 or info@edenpest.com
Leave your donation of new or slightly used mittens or gloves in a bag on your door step for your technician to collect, or you may drop them off at either our Olympia or Seattle office locations.
Seattle: 309 S. Cloverdale St.; 98108
Olympia: 3425 Stoll Rd. SE.; 98501
We will bring all donations to DESC at the end of October.
Thank you for your help!
